If your non-profit organization is looking to sell something other than the typical fundraising products (candy bars, candles, cookie dough, or other perishable non-durable goods), then give board games a try!

Our fundraising program works like this:

We’ll send you a sample of any of our games for you to play and see if they (or it) seem like they would fit your fundraising needs. Should you decide to sell our games as a means of raising money, as long as at least ten (10) games are sold, the sample of that game may be kept for free. Should you decide against selling our games, you’ll be charged our consignment rate for the game (70% of retail), and shipping and handling will be free.

After reviewing one or more of our products, if you’d like to proceed with using them as a fundraiser, members of your organization will sell our games at their retail price, but you’ll only pay our consignment rate (70% of retail) to Willow Tree Games for each game sold. For example, Octego™ retails for $24.95, so approximately $7.50 per game would come back to your organization. If you have 50 members, and each person sells two games, your organization will raise $750 from selling 100 copies of Octego™.

We provide the sales sheets, and shipping and handling for all games sold is free. (That is, shipping the games to your organization is free. Your members would then have to distribute the games to whoever purchased them.)
