Return Policy
We will accept your return of any Willow Tree Games products (less 50% restocking fee) purchased through this site or directly from Willow Tree Games as long as products and packaging are returned in their original condition (shrink-wrapped and undamaged) within thirty (30) days of your receipt of the order. Shipping and handling charges will not be reimbursed unless the return is a result of our error. When sending a product back, please include:
- the packing slip (or a legible copy);
- the reason for your return
- your email address
Please use cushioned packing material in a sturdy carton so that the contents will be protected from damage. For your protection, please use FedEx, UPS, DHL, or Insured Parcel Post for your shipment.
