Shipping Rate:

All orders will be shipped at a flat rate of $6.95. Sales tax of 5% will be added for Massachusetts deliveries only.

Order Processing:

Orders will be processed within two business days of receipt. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Options:

Willow Tree Games products are shipped via DHL Ground. A complete shipping address is required as DHL will not deliver to a Post Office Box. Please include the company name if shipping to a commercial address. Orders should arrive at their destination within 10 business days from the date the order is received in our system.

International Orders:

Willow Tree Games does not ship internationally or to U.S. Territories.

Out of Stock and Backordered Items:

If an item is out of stock, Willow Tree Game will notify you within 48 hours of receiving your product order. At that time, you may cancel your order if the ship date is not satisfactory to you.

Damage Due to Shipping:

Please be sure to inspect your purchase for shipping damage(s) when it arrives. If the packaging has any holes or dents in it, please note "damaged" on the delivery papers as you sign for your purchase. Claims for transportation damage(s) are not accepted by the delivering carrier without this documentation and can affect the replacement process. When "damaged" is noted, the claim must be filed within 48 hours. Please contant us at once. Please note that claims for damages can take 4 to 6 weeks to complete.
