These terms and conditions of sale govern your purchases of products from Willow Tree Games. Every time you make a purchase on our site or directly from Willow Tree Games, you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions of sale.

Pricing:

All prices shown on this site are subject to change without notice. Prices stated at beginning of shipment apply. Applicable taxes or shipping and handling charges are not included in the product prices, but all such charges will be added to your invoice and will be visible at checkout before you complete your purchase. Information about shipping and handling rates is available at checkout. All payments (including shipping and handling charges) must be received by us prior to shipping.

Warnings Related to Children:

Willow Tree Games products are intended for adults or children with the close supervision of adults. Some products may contain plastic game pieces or dice that could conceivably be swallowed by children or animals and, if swallowed, may cause choking that could cause severe injury or death.

Limited Warranty:

Willow Tree Games warrants to the original consumer purchaser of any Willow Tree Games product that it will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of thirty (30) days from the original date of purchase, so long as proof of purchase is provided.

Willow Tree Games agrees for such period of thirty (30) days to either repair or replace, at its option, the product. If defective, return the complete product along with proof of purchase, postage prepaid, to:

This warranty shall not be applicable and shall be void if the defect in the product has arisen through abuse, accident, unauthorized modification, misuse, mistreatment, or neglect. In no event will we be liable for more than the retail price of any Willow Tree Games product purchased and we will have no obligation to any costs for repairs performed by anyone other than Willow Tree Games, unless we give prior written approval for such third party repair.

Any applied warranties applicable to any Willow Tree Games products are limited to the thirty (30) day period described above. In no event will we be liable for incidental or consequential damages resulting possession, use, or malfunction of the product, unless compelled by mandatory applicable law.

Some states do not allow limitations as to how long an implied warranty lasts and/or exclusions or limitations of consequential damages, so the above limitations and/or exclusions of liability may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. This warranty is valid only in the United States.
